מפעל המחקר והתיעוד הגדול של ההצלה היהודית בשואה, שמטרתו לספר את סיפוריהם של המצילים היהודים בשואה ששמו נפשם בכפם להציל את בני עמם, וחלקם שילמו על כך בחייהם. במסגרת מפעל המחקר והתיעוד יצאו לאור סדרות ספרים.
